Bending your wrist. It's likely ulnar nerve pain. Drop 30 or 40 lbs off your bench and do it with a neutral wrist and work your way back up.
With pushups do them on your knuckles it's more rom anyways or do them on grips same goal the wrist should be as close to neutral as possible.
Same for curls ect ect. After your wrists are healed do the formarm exercises and keep doing your shit with a straight wrist. It's that easy.
