Fitness? Just lift weights in a gym a couple of hours per week. Fitness is judged by how big you look in front of a mirror. "Mog" any other (real) athletes because they dont have oversized muscles that is detrimental to how their body works. Call someone "dyel" because he can't lift five times his bodyweight 3 inches off the ground. Never mind these powershitters cant walk up a flight if stairs without hyperventilating.

Just look at the quintessential /fit/ lift: the bench press. The single most useless lift. Unless you want big plump tits, which is par for the course for gay ass bodybuilders I guess.
