The best way I can describe this physique is "fit, but not his defining characteristic".

This is unironically the ideal physique. Lean, fit, healthy, some decent strength but also good cardio.

Anything beyond this is for enthusiasts. If you love lifting then yeah, get shredded. The top level for aesthetics is Zyzz, the top for aesthetics at world level size is prime Arnie, the ideal for the average fit person is the op.
