Postural correction. For you, I think left head translation/flexion to increase flexibility and decrease tension in the other trap. You may also need a thorasic translation and overall rebalancing. I'd give you a free routine if I could see an x-ray of your spine.

Hard to say exactly based on that angle. I'm going to need you to retake this photo with you hinging at the hips until your torso is nearly at 90 degrees to your thighs, get rid of the jeans, and arch your lower back as much as possible.
