And what just not work out? Working out when I wake up is not an option because I'm too tired.

You need to work on your circadian rhythm. Get outside and watch the sun rise and set. I would be nice if you could do so barefoot (grounding aka earthing). You should get rid of caffeine and stop using phones, tv, computers for an hour before bed. Limit the electrical devices in your bedroom. Make sure it is as dark as possible in there. Look into full spectrum light bulbs especially in the evenings.

Eat so much food it makes you tired and lift a ton, eat popcorn milk or a bunch of protein and enough carbs or whatever. Do you have restless leg? That shit sucks but try being less lazy with lifting so you can eat so much protein all day idk why but just having a ton of ribs/chicken/beef seems to help. Fuckin hot tub and stretching/foam roller/lacrosse ball/muscle roller or fascia roller or whatever. Blackout curtains/tshirt facemask, clean the ventilation, youtube on the phone instead of blue light, stay super hydrated and vit/salt.
