Help me PLS
I'm left, of course. My target body is the right. I do NOT want anything bigger.
What should I do to get my ideal physique? Eat more, eat less? What should I focus on?

Some points
>natty suggestions only. I think that body type is reasonably achievable
>i do not have access to a gym
>i live in a remote island
>i walk about 6000 - 7000 steps a day, around the island
>i eat around 1,800 calories a day. I don't meticulously track it, so some days I'm over (or under) by about 300ish, I think
>i do not lift. I have no equipment.
>i can maybe order some weights online, I guess
>i want a routine that is sustainable. Something that I can realistically maintain for years (at my age)
>i don't want to kill myself with over training
>my height is 6 feet, if that matters

Doable in 4 to 6 months? Or am I forever cursed?
I've actually lost weight the last 6 months (240 pounds to 180) ever since I started walking.
However, most of the weight loss happened in my upper torso and arms, while my belly remained flabby as ever.

Yes, I'm brown. No I'm not Indian (Filipino)

Thanks my dudes. I'm trying to fix myself here.

Also I do not have any vices. I don't drink, smoke, etc...
Though I have maybe a can of coke every 3 days or so. But that's the most junk food I consume.

Doable

Just do calisthenics 4-5 days a week and be in cal deficit to lose what looks about ~10kg

If you trained hard enough you've put on enough muscle to look like right pic, if still skinnyfat just eat slight surplus ~200kcal to get bigger and cut again in 8-9 months and you'll look better than right pic

Just stick to the plan and dont yoyo diet, or you'll just spin your wheels

-you need to cut another 300 calories imo
- try to focus around meat fish eggs(cheese +milk also k), salads fruits and eat less carbs (potatoes rice pasta) and take into account the calories from any oil you are using on food
walking 6~7k is okay, if you can do more at around 10k even better and rise your walking pace.
-as far as exercise goes you do some sort of HIIT or do your own program (burpees, pushups, squats, some sort of ab exercise)
- if you want to order some equipment maybe consider a kettlebell, can do swings, halos and goblet squats.
even if you dont want to get muscle you'd do well to get some even if just for the sake of longevity and that also makes losing fat easier.

Caloric deficit and some resistance training. It won't be done in a month, but probably in about half a year

Eat unlimited amounts of zero-carb food.

Don't count calories. That doesn't work.

Bait because the first person and the second person have different body fat distributions. Show me a person with a hanging belly that didn't end up with any loose skin on keto and I'll believe u

Now show someone who was fat and already had sagging skin who lost the weight and didn't have loose skin at the end.

You will never achieve anything resembling a human male form without actually going to the gym and following a proper bodybuilding routine. Anyone coping about bodyweight exercises or doing le weights at home looks like dog shit compared to someone actually training properly. No excuses no faggotry you either do it or an hero later

fill a bag with sand and lift it. look up bulgarian bags and how to make your own. if you have to you can fill water bottles and put them in heavy plastic bags to move around.
