1 rep to vomit
I always stop one rep before I know I will vomit.
I was maxing out the ab crunch and tibia thing (where you push upwards).

I legit thought I was going to throw up beforr making it to my car and was mentally preparing for it.

Relateable?
Mind you I haven't trained right in years and only recently pushing myself. But man, I'm the only one this happens to. I don't see this happen to others that go. Have yet to fully condition my body. By the 30-40 min mark I badically get hard capped by nausia. Typically I only give myself 10 seconds at most to do the next rep which probably contributes. Others I see sit for like 5 minutes for their next rep

Relateable or mostly just because I have yet to condition myself?

Your post is practically incomprehensible bullshit, but I'll take the chance to say I can never quite isolate when doing facepulls. You hear often it's such an effective rear delt exercise, yet it just feels like general upper back movement. I've watched all the vids and have decent mind-muscle connection but this one just eludes me. I'd take even a simple rear fly machine over this any day.

sounds like an issue with your digestion more than your lifting intensity. I've done plenty of sets with 0 RIR, and I never come close to vomiting. try a day where you eat only white rice, carrots, and lean chicken, and not within 2 hours of training.

Hmm honestly i don't think it's diet. Maybe it's because I immediately jump into a new set without proper break time aka my system cant keep up yet. Also I drop set to failure the whole time. It's like im on a timer or something since I can do intense stuff, but once about 30 minites hit of full on non stop reps basically (small 10 second break per rep basically) is when it hits me
