Impossible natty, it's the muscle mass that you people can't judge accurately, he has a LOT of it, a lot of quality mass that is aesthetically proportioned to make him look small... some Frank Zane effect like that guy was 5'9 225lbs 10% DRY off season, and pre contest shredded and aesthetic asf.
