but if you actually care about feedback (which i doubt). When your back is healed, lower weight, work on form. Then slowly progress back.
I've had back pain squatting because my form breaks down because I get weak and lazy. It's "easier" to lift with the back than the legs when squatting.

I learned how to squat at my home gym. It took me a few months to get it right and I hurt my knee a lot figuring it out but persistence paid off and now I'm well on my way to 3 pl8s
