I lifted weights but ate a lot of carbs and processed shit, puffy nips never went away despite me getting more muscular.
You need to eat like Paul Saladino and do cardio several times a week. Get some sun so your cholesterol intake and vit D work in synergy. After doing this for 6 months I've never been leaner in my life.
You can't get rid of gyno without surgery but doing what I just said will make them flatter.
