How can I tell if i am developing body dysmorpiha or im just realizing the truth? I am the heaviest i have ever been by a long shot but I seem so small. I try to catch glimpses of myself in windows or any releftion that isn't my home mirror and I either look absolutely stacked or like a middle school kids with no shoulders, there's no in between. My freinds give me complements but they are so DYEL I cant take them seriously..
Im 166 lbs lean at 5'9

Just get bigger I'm 5'9 180lbs lean and I feel that feeling less often than before. Only when I look at my arms sometimes.

If you had body dysmorhia you wouldn't be questioning if you have it.
People only compliment each other on their muscles for positive reinforcement. They want to be a positive influence in your life and giving compliments is a really wasy way to do that.
You should be thankful that you have considerate people in your life and continue lifting until YOU are impressed with your mirror reflection.

Body dysphoria is good for you. Keeps you motivated. You could always be huger and shinier.

You should be 180lb 12% bf if ur a legit 5'9"

Anything less is small
