I prefer without makeup I don't have total faceblindness but there's a degree there and when women get all their makeup tutorials from youtube and instagram trends they all look too similar for my brain to even recognize them. Which goes into some kind of ugly adjacent folder. I know they're not ugly but they're not enough anything to even be rated or for me to care. Just a shifting blobs in diffent cloths I can't help but remove personhood from and ignore entirely.

This is a pretty Latina. Usually they have nice skin. But, going to your question, make up at the gym is weird but we cannot blame a girl that takes care of her looks.
I don't care about women at the gym unless they specifically approach me.
though as a dude who had realized the power of makeup, gonna be honest in saying that wearing full makeup on a gym day is just hassle and not worth the effort because you are going to smudge it up with your sweat and moving around.
The MOST I would personally do is put on maybe a small amount of concealer for blemishes and guyliner. Even if you sweat over the course of the say you'll end up with some cool looking natural smokey eyes. maybe even skip the concealer. You don't go to the gym to show off to others, showing off and dressing nice is for when you aren't sweaty tired and sore.

I dated an autistic coworker before and she not only didn't do any makeup at all, she also had a faint mustache, the type you'd see on a 10 year old boy. I never felt so turned on in my entire life.
