>gf wants to start going to the gym with me and fixed diet
>help with both of those things
>been about 3 months now
>she is doing fucking great in the gym and now manages her own diet without needing to ask any questions
>she looks fucking great too
>BUT
>her PMS is really bad now and seemingly getting worse each month
>been with her for years- this is very unusual for her. Very intense symptoms, especially mood-wise
Did I fuck something up here? Am I forgetting something? Are her hormones just adjusting the same way men's do and i shouldn't worry about this unless it lasts a lot longer?
Kind of at a loss here. It's not that I'm completely unwilling to talk to her about it specifically, more just that "hey it seems like your cycle has been really fuckin intense lqtely" likely doesn't have a high chance of a productive conversation kek
Tl;dr: gf started lifting/fixed diet and now her PMS is extremely intense. Is there any chance this is related to the recent health changes or is it something else?
