I have really shit lat activation going on bros. I'm trapmaxxed and I don't know how to fix it. I wonder if a grease the grooves type of routine with this could work, just tack it on after a run or something.

I don't train spamming 1pl bench press. But I can bench 3pl for 5 reps so spamming 1pl is nothing for me even though i never do it

It's not. I only do pullups as a warmup, my working sets are 2pl weighted chins for 3-5 reps. Doing 50 pullups in 10 mins is nothing for me
