The line between having 12% abs and being so lean you're dried up to the point of athletic performance suffering is a solid 3-4% bf at least and the below 12% is the hardest to come off. I do love you anon and hope you have a good night's sleep.

decimals over.
More than that, it's not worth it. Unless you're on that dere celltech.
