There is no universal donor for the other antigens. There's only like a dozen other clinically significant antigens, and people with antibodies to them have to get antigen matched blood. SSA patients get a ton of transfusions so it's super common to see them getting (at least) C,E,K negative units. But with regards to rare blood types, that's talking about the people that have an antibody to a very high frequency antigen. So only 1% of units are going to be JSa antigen negative. Then if you combine that with them already having CEK antibodies, it can be a nightmare trying to source units for them. Don't feel like looking it up, but that could be like 1 in 1000 or 10,000 or something.
