Anons, whats the age limit you would personally set for the mother of your would be children? We already know as women age they get less fertile, but it also comes with greater risk of birthing complications. So what age(for the woman) would you give up on trying to have children with them?

Idk man. I got lucky with a 23 yo gf but I easily could have gotten unlucky. If circumstances were different I could have ended up with a woman in her 40s and still been reasonably happy I think.

I'm 30 going on 31 and my ideal would be mid 20s. However, I would rather have kids with a 30 year other that takes care of herself (healthy lifestyle, actively enjoys working out, not on any meds) over a 25 year old or younger that refuses to go to the gym

I delivered my kid at home when my wife was 36. If you are a healthy person and don't go to the doctor everything works well. Her diet the whole time was grass fed steak, eggs, raw milk, then whatever fruits and vegetables satisfied cravings plus a treat when she wanted it. perfect blood work and healthy baby

Parenting is challenging so I know I'd need someone closely aligned with my beliefs and lifestyle. I'd have considered a relationship with someone older, assuming they were either low risk or had significant resources of their own so I didn't get wrecked in a separation, but I wouldn't make her the mother of my child, maybe not even a wife.

I met a 22 year old, she's 25 now and about to have our first.

Down side is money is tough. I make enough to keep everything steady but she'll need to return to work at some point if we want financial security. That can be alleviated if you're both older but let's be honest, even high income women rarely invest and save for motherhood so you'll probably run into the same problem.
