New to this whole nutrients and health thing. So in actuality is there any meaningful difference between frozen meals that brand themselves as healthy and the other stuff like Hungry Fat Tall Chunky Meat Big Corpulent Man Fried Chicken+Brownie meals? Besides the healthy branded stuff obviously having less calories per serving do they all kill you at the same rate with whatever ingredients it takes to make frozen meals?

It's all ultraprocessed slop at the end of the day, you can't expect a health miracle from them. Just read labels and google ingredients until you learn what they are. When I'm looking at labels now, I just ignore all the parenthesized stuff and it makes is more digestible so you aren't standing there reading every product at the grocery store for 5 minutes like some retard. Something like "enriched wheat flour" will be like 2-3 lines long just to tell you that it's fucking flour with some vitamins added.
