Slop Bypassing Hack
>What is it?
Been doing it for a few years and its simple, just savor, but do not swallow the candy slop you've been craving and spit it into an empty plastic water bottle. Milk chocolates or other things that are reactive to saliva are very good for this but the hack takes a little discipline not to swallow it. Thats it.
>Why?
We get cravings. These cravings dont go away when you try to find surrogates for certain snacks, you end up eating more trying to circumvent this so you're better off just satiating it for the sake of your pantry. Its a better alternative to vomiting which disrupts your stomach acids and brain vascular health. This allows you to eat your healthy meals and make way for desert or snacks that you have in your pantry, those of which call to you the loudest in your idle time. Other times are when your will is at its weakest, when you are driving home from work and happen to pass a convenience store to pick up snacks to aid your mundane drive home. You can do this even on the freeway. You just saved yourself from a serving or two of sugar and fat, just in time to cook your actual planned healthy meal.
>But....WHY????
Because its empty calories, you get ZERO nutrients or even antinutrients when ingesting your favorite slop. You have no duty to actually ingest it other than some from misguided ideas about food waste. Wrether or not you absorbed the slop into your body makes no difference, you are guilty the moment you bought it (publicly traded Slop™) and such empty calories wouldnt help some imagined starving 3rd world child anyway. The slop is akin to cigarettes so you should feel no guilt in not ingesting it. Your problem is that of excess. Deal with it.
>Cons
-Can cause hypertrophy of oral facial muscles if not done correctly, can give you a chubby cheek look (buccal and lip muscles.)
-Not ideal for your teeth
-One plastic bottle unrecyclable
-Partial (but lessened) ingestion
