might be dysmorphia but whatever, ever since I startet getting fit I'm never happy with the way my body looks, it was the same before but I was putting no effort into it, now it feels infinitely worse.
the worst part is that I get complimented a lot and always get approached by women etc, but I still feel like this.

Natural bodybuilders will be around this weight on stage without being particularly short. Leaner than this guy, but I think people underestimate how much they have to lose to be actually lean. If he's 12% bf at 175cm then his ffmi is 21: that's like being 18% bf at 79kg, which is already relatively lean by normie standards

Anyway, I have a lot to thank 4chan 4, this is how I became fit, its where I cemented many ideas in my head… about having children, not being in debt, becoming more racially aware. I’m not saying I wouldn’t have made it without 4chan, but it definitely helped me, I took the hope pill here

I'm 36 with a similar physique.
Unless you're at the gym it's VERY rare to see people within my age group who looks like him or I.
I go to the beach alot. Many blokes are skinny fat, fat/chubby or just generally out of shape.
You mostly see zoomer guys who are in shape and obviously take care of themselves.
