Is there a formula to check if your hormones are in a good shape? For example, if I provide cortisol, estrogen, testosterone total, testosterone free, prolactin. Is there a formula that can take everything into account and tell me if I am at good hormonal level or not?

humans arent math equations
they can give you 'normal' or 'usual' value ranges but those exclude the most extreme 5% of cases anyway
