>bullet proofs your lower back, glutes, and hammies
>helps prevent future injuries
>easy to progressively overload
>takes like 5 min to do 3 sets

Why aren't you doing reverse hypers anon?

Most commercial gyms should have a reverse hyperextension machine though? DB reverse hypers just aren't as good

Not mine. No reverse hyper, no GHD.
Also, the benches are all bolted into the ground, and lie a foot and a half off the floor.

i like to reach as far as it goes with toes of one foot lying down - feels like awesomeness stretch and mobility for lower back
>lying down
yeah on belly on me back, reach as far as u can with your leg - it's tilting pelvis sideways in SI joint and lower back, no actual load required, just intra-bodily-resistance to the positioning

Need to go country shopping is more like it.

We have the back extension and glute kickback machines but not this one sadly. It's a shame because both the glute and back ex ones are over designed pieces of crap.

Isn't this for all intents and purposes just a hip thrust rotated 90 degrees?

I bought one of these for my home gym after buying into the hype,

Titan fitness version, it was about $400 back then which wasnโ€™t a big deal - but it didnโ€™t do much for me, it was uncomfortable to use, hard to get consistent form, and also you can do a huge range in weight because youโ€™re swinging it all with momentum so it was unclear what was an appropriate weight to use, and in the end it didnโ€™t seem to help anything.

Got rid of it on Craigslist

Free test boost. The other day some guy came up and starting making out with me whilst I was bench pressing and honestly I didn't even have to re-rack, tongued a bit and then smashed a full ROM 3pl8.

I can tell your gym doesn't have a reverse hyper machine. It's infinitely superior to the back extension and has helped boost my compound lifts a shit ton, especially deads. Seethe.
