>human digestion adjust to almost any diet (from exclusively fish to (almost) vegan, literally everything works, that's why humans survived)
Holy fuck this is a retarded post. Humans primarily ate meat for the vast majority of our existence and when we became "civilized" we began to supplement our diet with dairy and simple carbs from bread/rice/etc. when the megafauna that our ancestors used to hunt died off from over hunting. Even then, there were tons of other cultures that continued to eat primarily meat (Native Americans, the Mongols, the Inuit, etc.) besides some seasonal plants they had access too (that added little to no calories to their diet).
The only people who were "vegan" in history were the literal slaves of various civilizations done on purpose to keep them fragile and weak. India is the only place in the world that practices veganism on mass which is why win fuck all for olympics metals, have men that are weaker than the average white woman, and have one of the worst diabetes rates in the world. The reason why India is so vegan is because the previous top dogs elites that ran the area were always meat eating foreigners and when they left, one of the higher ranking slave classes became the new "elites" which meant they promoted their shitty culture of veganism to the rest of the country.
People eating vegetables in large amounts is a recent invention of GMOs as vegetables in the past inedible (or had zero nutritional value) and mainly used for garnish.
>that's why you feel like shit if you suddenly eat carbs
No, it is because most carbs are inflammatory and spike your blood insulin. After a while the body loses it's ability to handle "poison" and when you eat certain carbs it hits you like a ton of bricks.
