this area hurts, especially the crevice when squatting or doing leg presses or if i bring my knees close to my chest. idk if its my 'hip capsule' or 'hip impingement' or 'hip pinch' but its annoying as fuck.

how do i fix this?

Post a video of your squat
If it hurts badly rest for a while but if the pain is manageable keep squatting anyway and if you're like me the pain goes away by itself
