Started Wegovy about 3 weeks ago.
Started at 90.8kg @5.7ft / 1.74cm height and now im at 84.9kg.


Next Saturday i take the last 0.25mg dose and after that i start 0.5mg, 1mg, 1.7mg and 2.4mg.
I have the feeling i will hit 70kg before i'm done with 1mg.

After that i start with hCG and Androgel and i start working out.

I don't know if you noticed, but I have the exact same shit. It's possible to minimize it by focusing on lower chest and finding those angles where it's eclipsed.

Only reason why I gave you shit for it is because I had the same problem. Had it since I was a teenager.
Both of my sides looked like the nip on the right with like a tail towards the armpit.

Recovery is not that bad. First week is the most important one, by week 3-4 you can start easing in your regular life in terms of going to the gym. Didn't hurt, nothing too crazy. Great time to let your tendons recover and start a cut and focus on some light cardio instead of lifting.

For me it was definitely worth it. That little bit of money for surgery was worth my sanity.

I should really start lifting but I don't want to. I'm considering getting an outdoor pull-up bar and adding pull-ups to my daily routine. I dislike my invisible traps too, but not much I can do there without actually lifting.

Bro why would you not do a simple 3 day full body barbell routine? If you got a barbell and two of each plate (45’s, 35’s, 25’s,10’s, 5’s, and 2.5’s) you could EASILY start mogging in under a year. You literally don’t need more than 250lbs of weights and a barbell for a great body

I don’t max squats due to l4/l5 and l5/s1 herniations, so I’ve been doing 10x10 front squats with my feet together and heels elevated on a plate (the only BB squat variation that doesn’t aggravate my back) and Bulgarian split squats with my front foot on a 45lb plate so I can get a deeper stretch..

Front squat is at 145lbs and Bulgarians are with two 25lb kettlebells. Last year I was able to hit a 255lb front squat with that same setup for a single

You have 16 weeks to the new year. Shoot for a pound a week, but if you hit 190 before then start the cut early. Remember: every pound of fat you accumulate is another pound you’re going to have to cut, and the longer you cut, the more muscle you will lose.

Waiting too long to cut is a tragic mistake. Do you see what I mean?

10lbs into my cut, 10 more to go. Training is almost entirely running right now. 2 gym sessions a week just to maintain some upper body muscle but the numbers for bench/squat/deadlift are embarrassing so I won't be telling you.

Plan is to race in early november at around ~180lbs bodyweight, then switch back to the gym and clean-gain until I'm ~195lbs. My goal is to get back into the 1klbs club while under 200lbs bodyweight.

Flabby dyel, spent the last 20 years in front of a PC working 80 hour weeks and never did anything physical for more than a week or two at a time. Always been a hungry skeleton until I passed 30, then I got skinnyfat.

33yo, 6'4'' 211lbs, on SS + muay thai for a few months, resting heart rate has been plummeting from 95 to 65, and I went from barely benching the bar to 0.5/1/2/2 as of today.

Planning to keep eating until I hit 220, and then just stay chubby and get stronger. I already have a bunch of kids and I don't care about getting cut, I just want to get strong one time in my life before old age takes me.

I missed seeing you around. It’s great to see you back. You should work on getting more muscle first. Your arm looks like it doesn’t have much of it. Your stomach doesn’t look huge, and there are no large love handles either. All in all I think your weight isn’t bad, but you do need more muscle for sure.
