buy a blood sugar monitor and make sure your fasted BS doesn't stay over 100 for prolonged periods. The diabetes risk is real, but overblown. I've done two cycles and went from 275-315lbs on bench in a little less than 4 weeks on my last cycle. You also have to be careful of carb/sugar intake because the biggest issue related to the diabetes potential is insulin resistance. Taking MK haphazardly without any concern for diet is a surefire way to fuck up your glucose tolerance. It's suggested to take with slin pills, but also stacking it with cardarine mitigates the insulin resistance and it's only suggested to take cardarine for cutting/endurance needs as it basically completely fucks up hypertrophy and converts fast twitch muscle fibers to slow twitch and also has an associated risk of cancer based on rodent testing, but the cancer risk is often debated.
Regardless, I would suggest NOT taking MK for bulking, as you have to have way more precautions regarding eating scheduling and such to ensure you don't eat too soon before or after taking it. As a cutting agent, it's fantastic for conservation of muscle mass in a severe caloric deficit and long fasts and it fucking destroys visceral fat if you're not stuffing your fat fucking face on it.
