Bulking advice?
I'm extremely skinny, I look sick. What's a good way to gain weight naturally?

why do want to get fat? That's what happens when you lift weight natty and eat a lot of food. You get a little bit muscle but become a lardass who is usually too delusional to realize he's just obese.

Eat avocado eggs and toast every morning with a glass of whole milk. Avocados are good fat. Sub pancakes for toast and vice versa. Boil eggs and eat them throughout the day. Eat a fourth meal before you go to bed. Drink whole milk.

too much peanut butter isn't good but blend 100g/100g of peanut/almond spread with coffee add cinnamon whatever, very easy to drink 1200 calories. used to add oats but it became very difficult to drink

apparently one wrap is 200calories by the packet, turn into burritos with 300 grams (which is not very much) ground meat which should be:
200 * 3
plus about 200 * 3
1200 calories.
If you were serious you could add mass gainers to the shake i never tried that would be an extra 1000 or so.
