too much peanut butter isn't good but blend 100g/100g of peanut/almond spread with coffee add cinnamon whatever, very easy to drink 1200 calories. used to add oats but it became very difficult to drink

apparently one wrap is 200calories by the packet, turn into burritos with 300 grams (which is not very much) ground meat which should be:
200 * 3
plus about 200 * 3
1200 calories.
If you were serious you could add mass gainers to the shake i never tried that would be an extra 1000 or so.
