Higher intensity cardio > walking ?
Is sprinting, running, jogging or even rebounding more effective for losing fat and toning up than walking?
Right now I'm doing 5-10km a day walking, I walk fairly fast for what it's worth. Would I be better to do a sprint session for 30 mins or use a mini trampoline I have for the same time at a high intensity?
It's better for building stamina, and maybe some muscle activation/building while sprinting, but is it better overall for losing fat?

Losing fat no walking is more effective
Regaining muscle tone running is more effective
You should do both.

Higher intensity will make your heart healthier but risk injury. It will also be more “efficient” in terms of time spent to calories burned. I suggest cycling.

Walking is the best cardio for fat loss because it's light enough that you won't be burning carbs, it doesn't promote catabolism (like running), and it doesn't make you put on extra muscle (like swimming/cycling)
