The Great Lock In
You're dialed the fuck in for September right? You going to the gym every fucking day? You better push yourself. 10k steps a day. Don't be a bitch pussy. Lift harder than you ever could before

Nah. Rest week this week, joints and shit have been hurting and it dawned on me that, outside of being mad sick, I've not taken a rest period in years.

Been binging a lot of Solomon and MacDonald recently and I'm gonna do low volume on compounds and hit machines harder now. Haven't touched a machine in a decade.

So yeah, every day would be too much. Decided to train a bit smarter.

>Youโ€™re dialed in
Yeah, my routine is more or less set
>You going to the gym every fucking day?
Nah, 3 days a week on a custom full body split. Each body part gets enough volume but the workouts do go on for a bit. I jump rope at least 20 minutes on off days.
>10k steps a day
I work behind a desk more days than not so I go for 8k minimum instead

locked in, have decided i am not going to let my health go to shit during football season. weighed in at 205 this morning, going to continue to drop weight and hopefully improve lifts. lift on MWF, 5k interval runs on TR, increasing distance runs on Saturday.

getting my 10k steps every day. closing in on a 300 day streak (again). taking supplements to boost sperm numbers (dna frag and morphology number came back not as great as i'd like). haven't jacked it since the last test and now picrel comes out

I didnโ€™t even go to the beach this year let alone have holidays. I was off work and I was just walking in the sun alone (my dog died early August) and passing was just passing by, the only joy I had was in lifting so I was locked in and I still am. The only problem now is that I will busy with work on location 7 days in sept and Iโ€™m missing some days

I do on average around 15k steps a day at my job alone. Do better.

But memes aside, yes. Locked in after a messy few summer months. Diet and all.
Feeling good.

I walk several miles a day and hit the gym hard as I can 3 times a week but always train something. I usually "power lift", I guess you could call it. Casual strength training. Whatever. But also incorporate calisthenics or lower weight high rep schemes sometimes so I can AMRAP fail a few times. Amrap to multi fail is usually a great way to help build upper, mid, and lower range strength. When's the last time y'all took some 50lb db's and did as many reps as possible for multiple sets? You wanna talk about a pump? Sheeeeit.

Nta, don't know why zoomers can't imagine working outside of an office. Bunch of pussy ass bitches. I don't make a million a year but I'm 29 with a paid off house and car doing "menial" electrician work and get in about 5-10 miles a day walking. It's really not that hard long as you got water and shit.
