gyno usually has to do with high prolactin in the blood, either from medication or genetics, it causes and increase in estrogen, tho not enough to grow full on tooters.

Nah, I got it mildly with some high estro and reversed it with cycles of titty chemo drugs. Genetics are risk factors, but it's largely environmental.
