It gets easier when you realise youre not chasing a specific e2 number
You’re chasing ‘no high e2 symptoms’
If you’re total test is 3000, free test is 600, and you’re e2 is 100 … but you have no symptoms, no itchy nips, no bloat, no ED… then there is no reason to take Ai… high e2 has benefits until it has symptoms, and it works in balance with the high test so typically you can tolerate much higher e2 when your test is higher.
So say you’re getting the high e2 symptoms, you’d start with one singular low dose of ai and see if it helps over the next 3 days (a dose like 0.25 or 0.5 arimidex, or 6.25mg or 12.5mg aromasin)
Then, presuming it helped… wait until those symptoms return…
If they return 7 days later, you know you need to take your dose again. And then if you want to make the ride a bit smoother, you take that dose and divide it up more frequently. Say you found out you need to take 0.5mg arimidex every 7 days to avoid symptoms returning… then you could decide to take 0.25mg every 3 or 3.5 days to achieve the same dose. This way you’re just keeping the symptoms at bay and not crashing your e2
You might have symptoms at 90 e2, but not at 70 e2, half an arimidex a week split in two might get you there…but don’t then look at the blood test and see that you’re at 70 and somehow decide you need it to be 30, if you feel fine at 70 you feel fine
On 500 test I think you’ll find that 0.5 arimidex 2x a week or 12.5mg aromasin 2x a week should not crash you,
