realistically? there is no way.
Limb lengthening surgery basically cripples you, you'll never be athletic again and you'll be dealing with chronic pain maybe forever. Plus it fucks up your proportions. It's only worth it if you have really serious problems like one leg being shorter than the other.
The reason why you can't grow taller naturally in adulthood is because the growth plates (epiphyseal plates) of the long bones are fused. Before this fusion, high levels of growth hormone and IGF-1 can spur height increases, but after this, those hormones just give you acromegaly.
You'd have to do some crazy biohacking shit to reactivate your growth plates and then increase growth hormone levels, and we don't have that tech yet.
