You don't know what "eating normally" is. A little milk here, tiny snack -- people eat snacks, right? -- there. Some sauce and oil, because that's just part of the recipe and not a ton of volume, should be okay too. And dessert after dinner in the weekends isn't bad either--that's why desserts exist and you don't eat it every day.

No half-assed portion control and 30 minute walks. You need to start counting calories and learn what "normal" actually entails and just how bad you've been fucking your body all this time. Weigh yourself. Daily. Otherwise just give up.
