the one pictured here wouldnt even rank top at the proqualifier (assuming he can win npc regional) let alone a pro show. natty limit is actually higher than you think assuming you dedicate your life to it (they can while making $10-20k/month working as a personal trainer for minimum $100/50min session). all these asian guys practically live in the gym eat, sleep, train and oversee their clients.

they test right before and after the show. they don't test randomly like usada or wada, and because most ppl are suspicious like you and me, some competitors actually prove their weekly or monthly blood work (surprise visit + go to hospital together to take blood) randomly for 3-6 months to prove that they are natty.
