Anything but processed shit and that includes whey protein. There's almost nothing worse that health conscious people regularly eat than whey protein. It's spoiled milk powder that's years expired before you consume it. Try leaving a glass of milk out for an hour and drinking it...

Farmers routinely give their cattle antibiotics because it triggers an increase in lean body mass. If you want to get big then you want a clean gut free of bacteria. Antibiotics administered to cattle are seen in the same ballpark as trenbolone.
