If he needs it, no. If it's to try to get extra height, it won't do anything. During puberty your body usually produces well beyond what you can actually consume. The limit on height isn't the hormone itself, it's receptors able to accept it.

Though if you really want to maximize height you'd want an aromatase inhibitor to delay epiphyseal fusion (after which the bones can't really lengthen longitudinally)

One of my younger brothers took HGH because he was a short kid and now he's like 5'11 (meaning 6'1 passing) and brutally mogs me. It's so unfair I was the big behemoth older brother but I got fucked in the ass hard somehow and am now a 5'7.5 manlet. Literally nothing you can tell me will compare to the brutal life of humiliation I've endured since the day the doctor told me this was my final adult height after being one of the tallest in my class up until age 12
However I have another younger brother who ended up my height with the same amount of HGH. He had a lot of other problems and probably wouldn't have survived childhood in the old days desu

Unethical? No, I know a couple of kids in my elementary/highschool that were turbomanlet dwarves around 10 and they were prescribed GH and ended up a being kings of manlets 5'10-5'11
Personally I don't know if I would since I'm 6'2 and my wife is a fairly average 5'8 so I think my sons will turn out alright BUT if they show signs of being turbomanlets I'm going to the UGL
