It sucks. I feel nauseous after running. My IT band hurts (which sucks real bad because I do enjoy hiking). I don't like the way my phone bounces around in my pocket. It's hot outside. Runner's high is the second-most overrated high out there (the first being benzos). When I forget to hit my inhaler beforehand (that one's on me) I cough all day after cardio. Running takes me away from my computer.
I really need to go running.
