36 years old, hair is thinning seemingly equally across the entire scalp, but it is not excessive, nor is it fitting norwood in any fashion.
Dad says his did the same, he is 58 and has a surprising amount of his hair for being some whatever electrician for his whole life.

Actually just double checked and other than the natural cowlick circle in the back yeah no MPB, but just a very small amount of thinning all over compared to ten years ago.

Apparently if you plan your transplants correctly you don't need fin/dut. This Dr. says that since some people continue to lose hair even after taking medication, you should just assume you will lose your non-transplanted hair anyways and plan accordingly:

Stopped for 2 years.
Since I was 44 on Dutasteride 0,5 mg (only week days). My doc suggested to switch to 3 days/week as Dutasteride is more powerful than finasteride, but feel fine this way. I tested myself last year giving 780 ng/dL which was pretty good.
