Good stats? What can I do to get stronger? I swim and bike a lot too.

Swimming and resistance training are pretty hard to combine if you want to do both of them seriously. I'd try doing them at the same time -- a few weighted laps to close to failure would be good. Do you already have a dipping belt or weighted vest?

52oz fairlife chocolate milk
Eat these and then eat whatever else you want in a day. 175g protein just from those two things alone, then stack on as many extra calories as you can.
