I can't not get injured
Whenever I do upper body workout (pushups etc), I hurt my right shoulder near the neck, over the next 24 hours it shoots up and becomes a terrible headache. I'm thinking about giving up strength training and just doing cardio because of this. Any tips? Don't tell me to fix my form. I already fixed my form. My form is fixed.

You might be gripping the bar too tight or have your head in a weird position, but that's just my 2 cents

Sounds like a nutritional problem. Make sure you're getting enough calories and 1 gram of protein per pound of lean bodyweight (weight - bf%/100 * weight)

also everything he says is just wrong and centers around shit like "if you curl, your delts are taking the load and it's a compound so you're not isolating the bicep" but that's true for 100% of exercises, it is impossible to purely isolate any muscle. It's like saying you can't isolate quads with a leg extension because your forearms are under tension when you hold the grab-bars... he's absolutely clueless and is definitely pathetically small. He also never posts body and he's barely incoherent. He shits up every fucking posts with his autism and I wish he'd just die

if u curl without support under elbow - rest your torso through arm on elbow/forearm, just lean on elbow with dumbbell in hand sitting
if u curl (preacher included) without this setup which i believe is my own invention, never heard of anyone doing it then delt is flexing holding humerus upright or trying to flex shoulder joint in preachers and it blocks long head of biceps shoulder tendon from moving freely
resulting sputtering contraction will bring u injury and no biceps

Start with small dumbells. Or bags of sand. Or bottles of water. Work yourself up.

I fucked my shoulder doing stupid incline dumbbell shoulder press with 40kg dumbbells. I warmed up well and just tried to do them till failure several times.
After my shoulder clicked and felt pain when i picked anything up (like from my stomach area to side). I stretched as i felt, did supermans stretches which usually help, tried sleeping it off, stopped doing chest and shoulders for a month.
Pain still there.

Went to physician and with one simple bent arm backwards stretch it suddenly felt good. Apparently i had slightly dislodged it and only this awkward stretch helped.

I know it might be just a coincidence but I developed a bunch of pimples on my right shoulder after I got injured. My left shoulder is clean like mr clean's head. So strange!

Most people do full body curls, and lats are a big part of that. Launch your elbows back, that's them.
