It only takes a week max to get rid of them, maybe a couple weeks if they're really bad. Just never strain ever, shower/change your underwear immediately after exercise, and use moist wipes or a bidet

Hemorrhoids are blood vessels in your rectum getting blown out by high pressure. Having swamp ass can irritate your anal area and cause other problems but it can't cause hemerrhoids.
