Homeless lifting
How do u recover from lifting as a homeless person when it’s hard to find good ways to sleep

Inb4 don’t be homeless

I’m low IQ and autistic and on disability, but I can’t live with other people and rent for a 1 bedroom studio is like 90% of my disability so id have no money left for utilities or food

My family is broke and poor and can’t help me either

I lift 4 days a week, but I’m sore from having to sleep in weird spots

Also I’m probably gona kms soon, hard to live like this. I try to sleep in a library during the day and pretend like I’m reading but it’s hard to do it because it’s not dark

Just live in a 24/7 gym, all your problems will be solved.

Find a run down storage place with little staff.

Sleep in the unit but never be visible during the day ever, not even once. Move only at late hours.

Find a forest. You'll either become a based forest man or die like a true pagan getting absorbed by mushrooms.

find a corner of some multistorey municipal building or uni/college reference library and nap there. or save up and find a shitbox car from 2005 for a couple thou and sleep on the floorboard not the back seat where officer friendly can see you from a long way off

Move out of California/New York
In the mean time a cheap 1 person tent, a sleeping bag, a pad for under the sleeping bag. Walmart website then buy yourself a cheap commuter bike, lock and trail pack. You get like 1300/month on disability all together this is like less than $300

Go into rehab treatment for whatever then get free housing for several months. Stack your checks. Hop to a new house every few months. Buy a car live in it as backup apartment. Thank me later op

Oh right and camp far away from anywhere that has bus stop. That's stupid important, other homeless are your most dangerous obstacle.
