If you mean the anterior pelvic tilt, spam front squats and other anteriorly loaded things. If you're actually Indian consider the gada and jori shit jeets so since it forces you to fire your abs while standing.
If you mean the paunch, eat less and eat more nutritious food.
If you mean the sloping shoulders, spam overhead press, kettlebell or dumbbell is acceptable, as well as dead hangs and face pulls. (The jori stuff helps here too)
