stop doing chest for a bit
do lengthy warm ups once you starty back up and start with lower, high rep exercises

One time I was a retarded faggot and decided to make the mistake of looking down when doing chest dips, I started feeling this shit on every shoulder and chest exercise

I just did ring push ups and did chest and shoulders but with lower weight, disappeared the next day

Fixed mine by doing super lightweight dips. Like 1-2 green band assist when I could do 10bw pretty easily. Take your time.

Dips caused this for me. Look up backpod on YouTube. The creator has a good explanation on costocondritis and the backpod fixed me up pretty good. Costs about $40 on amazon
