well sam is a bodybuilder. he doesn't even need 150. surprised he got criticized because not many open guys can lift 150lbs like sam did without accessories. i'm pretty sure he doesn't use 150 on regular basis because he's gonna have to lose so much muscle to make weight for his class and end up looking flat like a poptart.
