i figured how to make legumes actually edible, soak them for 2-4 days before making them into soup, it removes all those substances that cause bloating and gas

Once you eat beans regularly for ~2 months you don't get bloated or gassy. I've no arguments about sprouting though, it's good for a large number of otherwise inedible plants.

Nah, picrel is tho. I fucking love tomatoes. I'll snack on any, but cherries are the most suitable for snacking, no mess with the juice because you don't need to slice them first.

Nah, I've been doing that for 25+ years, I'm almost 40, no signs of GERD or anything issues with GI tract for that matter. I get yearly checkups. You gotta have some predisposition to this shit to get GERD from tomatoes.
