Back at the gym after a while and i've watched probably like 5h+ of his videos and i still don't know what the fuck is his advice
here's what i do right now
3x8-12 for every exercise
Pull
>DB rows
>standing ez curl
>Pulldowns
>Pullovers
>reverse grip ez bar curl
Push
>flat bench
>ohp
>pushdowns
>Flyes
Leg
>squat
>leg curls
>leg extensions
>calf raises
