Yeah, I got the most gains doing a full body 5x per week routine, doing only isolations on machines and cables.

I do full body because i'm lazy. why would i want to go to the gym 4,5 or 6 times per week when i can do 3 times per week and sometimes even do 2 and still be fine?

The only reason to do full body is to save time, it doesn't matter how you structure your week. Gymrats do full body because they don't want to go everyday and force one part to failure.

Im doing a 2 day split, hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. The most gains I've had was when I upped the frequency to 2+ times a week per bodypart
