Idk man I spammed some leg machines to failure about 3x each leg and then spammed some lat raises to failure 3x each arm
Do you really keep track and not just go until failure?

Of course I keep track. Data is beautiful. I like to know what weights to start at. I like to know when I am getting stronger. Progress is wonderful. I dont like to just "wing it". But im not saying my method is what is correct. It's just what I do.

Last day of my planned rest week but tomorrow's agenda is
>Bench idk probably 3x3, GZCL
>DB incline 4x5-7 + DB row 4x10 superset
>Decline pushups 4x20
>Lateral raises 3x12
>perhaps cardio since the Publix scale just clocked me at 253lbs

everything is 1 set to 1RIR, then partials for a total of 10 reps:

Chins ups
Pull ups
Ohp
Incline bench
Bench chest Flies
Incline(?) curls
Inverse row
Dips
Db split squat
Hollow hold
Floor leg raises

Every day (or try to)

Takes about 30 minutes, no rest between sets. I may take 30 seconds between pull ups but everything else is only the time to prep the equipment.

Sunday is for the Lord, so it’s my off day

just tried preacher curls for the first time, it's pretty humbling to go from a 85 standing barbell curl to a measly 35 lbs ez bar preacher curl

Your "lord" wants you to be a worse version of yourself once a week, for his sake? Sounds toxic
