Why do I want to kill myself on days I don't workout? Its just emptiness, being serious.

the only reason i want to kms is because im too low IQ to get enough money to stop worrying about money

worrying about money is literally going to kill me

ive grown to resent my parents for not being at the very least "well off" bringing me into this hypercompetitive world giving me their low IQ autistic genetics

Lifting is great for depression too but it's like adding a turbo to a car. The rest of the car is a strong and zealous relationship with the Lord.
Faith is an action word, the mind follows the body in a way. Go to church and let it feel clunky at first, but lean in. I was just as you are. Jesus saved me and he can save you too. I have joy now.
Slonk 3 raw pasture eggs a day and get plenty of sun, or if you must, d3+k2. Love you bruv, don't be a pussy, action now.

For me: It's the one thing in life I'm measurably good and getting better at. It's an activity I can *always* look forward to. Basically it's all I have to do with my life. The rest of it is awful.

Every day you can train something while still only having your dedicated 3-4 day gym sessions
Why can't you do 1000 sit ups in a day when you're off?
Why can't you do cardio/drills when you're not lifting?
Use your thinking cap and expand your health horizons. Heavy lifting is cool but can you do three 100 yard dashes and not die like an Amerimutt?
